Our story
A brand built for the short trips of everyday life
isinwheel was founded in 2018 with a focus on smart short-distance mobility, and has grown into an international brand of electric scooters and e-bikes.
The brand specialises in personal electric vehicles sold online, and builds them around one motto: “Move Smart, Move Fun” — riding that is easy and enjoyable at the same time.
Its aim is to bring more enjoyment to everyday travel, with a strong focus on safety, practical technology and a ride that people look forward to.

Milestones
From the first scooters to IFA Berlin
Eight years of isinwheel: commuter scooters, then e-bikes, off-road models designed in-house, and a first appearance at IFA Berlin.

The first commuter scooters
isinwheel launched its first commuter electric scooters online in Germany. From the start, the idea was to put customers first and to offer quality electric vehicles at a fair price, so that green mobility is affordable for everyone.

The first e-bikes
isinwheel added electric bikes to its range, giving riders of all ages more ways to travel without a car.

The off-road series
isinwheel launched its high-performance off-road scooters, designed in-house from the styling down to the structural components.

New commuter scooters and e-bikes
Early in the year a new generation of S-series commuter scooters arrived. In the summer the M60 all-terrain e-bike and the Ucity city e-bike followed, both built for practical, everyday green mobility.

LatestFirst IFA in Berlin
From 4 to 8 September 2026, isinwheel exhibited at IFA Berlin for the first time, on stand CCBB-148 in CityCube Berlin, showing its latest e-bikes and e-scooters to visitors and the press.

We sell electric scooters and e-bikes built for everyday journeys — the commute to work, the run to the shops, the ride that is too far to walk and too short to justify a car.
What we stock
Twelve isinwheel electric scooters from 350 W to 2400 W, ten electric bikes — folding, city and fat-tyre — and genuine isinwheel accessories and spare parts matched to the models we sell. See the full scooter range and the electric bike range, or read our guide to choosing between them.
Shipped from Europe
Orders ship from our European warehouse, so delivery is measured in days rather than weeks and prices include VAT; within the EU no customs charge arrives after the fact, while for Switzerland and Liechtenstein import VAT and customs clearance charges may apply. We dispatch within 0–1 working days. Everything then arrives in 2–5 working days: e-scooters, e-bikes and accessories alike. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.

Every electric scooter ships with a waterproof handlebar bag and a pair of isinwheel protective gloves, included free. No code needed — they are added automatically. The free gift is for scooters only; it is not included with electric bikes or accessories.

Support after the sale
Every product carries the two-year statutory guarantee that EU consumers are entitled to, plus our free commercial warranty — 12 months on scooters, 24 months on e-bikes. Ride safely and legally
Rules for electric scooters differ between countries and sometimes between cities. Minimum age, permitted speed, where you may ride, and whether insurance, a helmet or lighting is required all vary. Every scooter we sell is supplied factory speed-limited, and we do not supply instructions for removing that limit.
