Accepted payment methods
We currently support the following payment methods across Europe:
- PayPal
- Credit / debit cards
- Klarna (buy now, pay later)
These payment methods allow you to pay quickly and securely during checkout. The methods available to you are always shown in full at checkout before you confirm your order, together with the total payable. If a method is not shown at checkout, it is not available for your order.
PayPal
PayPal is one of the most trusted online payment platforms worldwide. With PayPal you can:

- protect your payment information;
- complete checkout in just a few clicks.
Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using a credit or debit card through PayPal.
PayPal instalments
Customers in some countries may be eligible to use PayPal Pay Later, which allows a purchase to be split into instalments — for example pay in 3 interest-free instalments. Eligibility and availability are determined directly by PayPal during checkout.
Credit / debit cards
We accept major international credit and debit cards, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Maestro
All card payments are processed through encrypted payment systems to ensure maximum security. We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
Klarna — buy now, pay later
We also support Klarna, a popular payment solution across Europe that allows payments to be split into instalments. Depending on your country and Klarna eligibility, you may see options such as:
- pay later;
- pay in instalments.
Klarna availability and payment plans vary by region and customer eligibility. The provider's own terms and privacy notice apply to any credit agreement you enter into with them.
Upcoming payment method
iDEAL — we plan to introduce iDEAL as a payment option. iDEAL allows customers to pay directly through their bank in a fast and secure way. Once available, you will be able to select iDEAL at checkout.
Currency and taxes
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT. The total payable, including any delivery charge, is displayed before you confirm your order. No charge is ever added after you have paid.
If your card or account is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fee. That is a matter between you and your bank.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge any fee for issuing a refund. Once we release a refund, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Payment security
Your security is our top priority. All payments on this website are protected by advanced encryption technologies and secure payment gateways. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
We will never ask you for your full card number, PIN or online banking password by email, telephone or message. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, do not respond — forward it to us instead. If you believe a payment has been taken in error or without authorisation, contact us immediately and also notify your bank or card issuer.
