Ordering & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 0–1 working days. Everything then arrives in 2–5 working days: e-scooters, e-bikes, accessories and spare parts alike. Full detail on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.
How much is shipping?
E-scooters, e-bikes and any item from €200 ship free to all 15 countries we serve. Other items cost €9.90 to Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, and €14.90 to Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland; this charge is paid once per order, even alongside free-delivery items. All prices include VAT. For deliveries within the EU there is no customs charge on arrival; for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, import VAT and customs clearance charges may apply.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.
Can I change my delivery address?
Free of charge any time before dispatch — contact us with your order number as soon as possible. After dispatch the address cannot normally be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before dispatch. See our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The free gift
What comes free with my scooter?
A waterproof handlebar bag and a pair of isinwheel protective gloves, with every electric scooter. No code needed — they are added automatically. The free gift is for scooters only; it is not included with electric bikes or accessories.
Riding & the law
How fast will my scooter go?
Supplied limited to 25 km/h: S9 Pro (theoretical maximum 30 km/h); S-Nova Pro, S10MAX, D1, D1-L, D1 Plus and D2 (45 km/h); GT1 Dual (50 km/h); H7 Pro (60 km/h); GT4 Dual (70 km/h); D2 Plus. Supplied limited to 20 km/h: S-Nova (theoretical maximum 32 km/h); D1 Max (65 km/h).
Can I remove the speed limit?
We do not support or provide instructions for this. Raising the limiter can make the scooter unlawful on public roads and voids the commercial warranty. Your two-year statutory guarantee against manufacturing defects is unaffected.
Where am I allowed to ride?
This varies by country and often by city. See our guide, Riding an electric scooter legally in Europe, for the checklist to run through with your national road-traffic authority.
Do I need insurance, a helmet or a licence?
Depends on your country. Several EU countries require third-party liability insurance for e-scooters on public roads; helmet rules vary by country and age. Check before your first ride.
Is there a minimum age?
Minimum ages across Europe commonly sit between 12 and 16. Confirm the rule where you live before buying for a teenager.
Battery & range
Why do I get less range than advertised?
Quoted range is measured under favourable conditions. Rider weight, hills, speed, cold weather and tyre pressure all reduce it — 20–30% below the quoted figure in winter is normal. See Understanding electric scooter range.
How should I store the battery?
Around half charge, in a dry indoor space, topped up every couple of months if the scooter is laid up. Avoid leaving it at 100% for weeks or running it flat repeatedly.
How long does the battery last?
Gradual capacity loss over years is normal wear, not a defect. Sudden capacity loss or a pack that will not charge is worth reporting to us.
Can I charge it in the rain?
No. Let the charging port dry fully first. Our scooters are IPX4 or IP54 rated, which covers rain and damp roads — not immersion, deep water or pressure washing.
Assembly & maintenance
Does it arrive assembled?
Largely. Most models need the handlebars fitted and the folding mechanism checked — about ten minutes with the supplied tools. Every product page carries the assembly video for that model.
What maintenance does it need?
Check tyre pressure monthly on pneumatic models, keep the folding mechanism clean, check brake function before each ride, and keep bolts torqued. That is most of it.
My scooter will not turn on.
Work through the six checks in Why won't my electric scooter turn on? first — most no-power faults are simple.
Returns & warranty
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, with no restocking fee, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice. The full conditions are on our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
What warranty do I get?
A two-year statutory guarantee under EU law, plus our commercial warranty on top: 12 months on e-scooters and 24 months on the main components of e-bikes, with shorter periods for some parts. See the Warranty Policy.
Something arrived damaged.
Send us photographs or a short video, ideally within 48 hours, so we can pursue the carrier quickly. This does not limit your statutory rights — it just resolves things faster.
Who pays for a warranty repair?
Nothing is charged to you for a remedy under the two-year statutory guarantee — parts, labour and transport included.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
See our Payment Methods page for the current list. We never store card details on our servers.
When am I charged?
When you place the order. If we cannot supply, you are refunded in full without undue delay.
Spare parts & repairs
How do I order a spare part?
Go to our spare parts collection and start from your model — every part's name says which model it fits. Not sure which model you have? Here is how to find it.
Spare parts are dispatched within 0–1 working days and arrive in 2–5 working days. If the part you need is not listed, email us your model and the part, and we will tell you whether we can supply it.
Are spare parts covered by a guarantee?
Yes. The two-year statutory guarantee under EU consumer law applies to everything we sell, spare parts included. A part bought separately is not part of a vehicle's commercial warranty, but the statutory guarantee still covers it. Details are in our Warranty Policy.
How do repairs work?
Contact us first with your order number, the model, the serial number and photos or a short video of the problem. We diagnose the fault and choose the remedy: a replacement part sent to you with installation guidance, a workshop repair, or a replacement product. Approved warranty repairs include parts and labour.
Please wait for our written go-ahead before you arrange a third-party repair or send anything back. Step by step: Repair service.
Can you repair a scooter that is no longer under warranty?
Usually, yes, subject to parts availability. We quote parts and labour before any work starts, and no chargeable repair begins without your approval. Many parts can also be ordered directly from our spare parts collection.
Know your scooter
How do I find my model and serial number?
Your order confirmation email names the model you bought. The serial number is usually on a label on the frame: on an e-scooter, look under the deck and around the stem and folding mechanism; on an e-bike, look under the frame near the pedals.
If you cannot find it, email us a photo of the labels on your scooter or e-bike and we will identify it for you.
How long does charging take?
It depends on the battery capacity and the charger, so it differs by model — the product page for each scooter and e-bike gives its charging time.
Whatever you ride: use the charger that came with it, charge indoors in a dry place on a hard surface, let a cold battery reach room temperature before charging, and do not leave it charging unattended overnight.
What is in the box?
It differs by model, and each product page lists what is included. Every scooter and e-bike comes with its charger and a user manual, and every e-scooter also comes with our free gift: a waterproof handlebar bag and protective gloves.
If anything is missing or damaged, email us your order number with a photo.
Rain & travel
Can I ride in the rain?
Water resistance differs by model, so check the rating for yours on its product page. No rating makes a scooter or e-bike safe to ride through deep standing water, to submerge or to pressure-wash.
On wet roads, ride slower and brake earlier: painted lines, metal covers and tram rails get slippery. After a wet ride, wipe it down and let the charging port dry fully before you charge.
Can I take my scooter or e-bike on a plane?
Usually not. E-scooters and e-bikes run on large lithium-ion batteries, and airlines usually do not accept e-scooter or e-bike batteries on passenger aircraft — neither in the cabin nor in checked baggage. Each airline sets its own rules, so check with your carrier before you travel.
Can I take it on a train, bus or tram?
It depends on the operator and the country. Some rail and public-transport operators accept a folded e-scooter as luggage, while others do not allow e-scooters at all, often because of the lithium battery. E-bikes usually follow the operator's rules for bicycles. Check your carrier's conditions before you travel.
Offers
How does “Buy 2, save 10%” work?
Put any two or more products in one order — e-scooters, e-bikes, spare parts or accessories, in any combination — and 10% comes off automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter. Details: Buy 2, save 10%.
If I order two e-scooters, do I get two gifts?
Yes — the gift comes with each e-scooter, so two e-scooters mean two waterproof handlebar bags and two pairs of protective gloves. E-bikes, spare parts and accessories do not include the gift. Details: Free gift.
Can I have the free gift and “Buy 2, save 10%” in the same order?
Yes. The gift is not a discount, so it combines with Buy 2, save 10%: every e-scooter in the order still comes with its handlebar bag and gloves. Neither offer needs a code.
Paying safely
Is it safe to pay on this website?
Yes. Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and card payments are handled by the payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. PayPal and Klarna payments are confirmed with those providers. Your bank may ask you to approve a card payment in its app or with a code; that is a normal security step.
We will never ask for your card number, PIN or online-banking password by email or message. If you receive such a request, do not reply — forward it to us.
Can I pay later or in instalments?
Depending on your country and eligibility, PayPal Pay Later and Klarna can let you pay later or in instalments. The provider decides eligibility, and the options available to you are shown at checkout before you confirm. See Payment methods.
