What to include

To help us resolve things on the first reply, please include:

• your order number;
• the product model, and the serial number if your question is about a fault;
• a short description of the issue;
• photographs or a short video if something arrived damaged or is not working.

A ten-second clip of the symptom usually tells our technicians which part has failed, which means we can post that part to you rather than asking you to pack up and ship the whole scooter or e-bike.

Returns and warranty

To withdraw from a purchase, just tell us within 14 days of delivery – by email or with the withdrawal form in your account – and we will give you the return address; you do not need our authorisation.
