Dual 800 W motors, full aluminium body, folds in three seconds. The GT1 Dual is the sweet spot of the range.
Two 800 W hub motors, dual swing-arm suspension, 10-inch off-road tyres and a 624 Wh battery — at a price closer to a commuter scooter than a performance one. If the GT4 Dual is more machine than your route needs, this is the one to buy.

Two motors, one sensible price
Dual drive, dual swing-arm suspension and a forged aluminium body — the specification riders actually use, without the flagship price.

Drive system
800 W in each wheel, and the choice to use one
Front and rear hub motors, 1 600 W combined. Run both for hill starts and loose surfaces; drop to single-motor on flat tarmac and the same battery takes you noticeably further. A 35% gradient is within its range with a rider on board, which covers essentially any city hill in Europe.
- 2 × 800 Wdual drive
- 50 km/htheoretical maximum
- 35%max gradient
- Switchable1 or 2 motors

Battery & range
624 Wh under the deck, six to seven hours to full
A 48 V 13 Ah pack with its own battery management system watching temperature, current and cell balance. isinwheel rate it at up to 55 km; in dual-motor mode on hills, plan for 30–35 km. Charging from empty takes six to seven hours, so an overnight charge has it full by morning.
- 624 Whcapacity
- 48 V 13 Ahpack
- BMSprotection
- 6–7 hcharge time

Suspension
Dual swing-arm suspension, front and rear
Both wheels sit on sprung swing arms rather than rigid forks. On the cobbles, tram lines and patched tarmac that make up most European city riding, that is the difference between arriving relaxed and arriving with numb hands. It also keeps both driven wheels on the ground, which is what makes the dual motors usable.
- Front + rearsprung
- Swing armgeometry
- Aluminiumintegrated body

Tyres
10-inch pneumatic off-road tyres
Ten inches of air-filled tyre with a knobbled tread — enough sidewall to take a kerb at an angle without the jolt reaching the deck, and enough grip for gravel paths and wet stone. Pneumatic tyres need occasional pressure checks; in exchange they give you comfort no solid tyre can match.
- 10″tyre size
- Pneumaticair-filled
- Off-roadtread
- Anti-slipcompound

Braking
Disc brakes at both ends, plus E-ABS
Mechanical discs front and rear, backed by electronic anti-lock braking that modulates the motors before the wheels can lock. Two independent systems working on both wheels is the right answer on a 32 kg scooter that carries 150 kg, and it is what separates this from single-brake scooters at similar money.
- Disc × 2front + rear
- E-ABSelectronic
- On requestwater rating

Frame & folding
Folds in about three seconds
One lever on the stem and the GT1 Dual drops to 58 cm tall — low enough for a car boot, a train luggage rack or the corner of a hallway. The body is integrated aluminium rather than welded tube, which is why a scooter carrying two motors and a 624 Wh pack still comes in at 32 kg.
- 3 secto fold
- 58 cmfolded height
- 32 kgnet weight
- 150 kgmax load

Connectivity
Bar display and the isinwheel Club app
Speed, battery, ride mode and trip distance on the bar-mounted display; light control, cruise control and an electronic lock in the app over Bluetooth. The lock is the one worth knowing about — it stops the wheels turning, which makes a quick opportunist theft a great deal harder.
- iOS + Androidapp
- Electronic lockanti-theft
- Cruise controloptional
- Bluetoothpairing

On the road
Built for the commute, capable at the weekend
The GT1 Dual has enough suspension and tyre to make a daily city commute genuinely comfortable, enough motor to take a gravel path or a steep street without complaint, and it folds small enough to come indoors at the end of it.
- 25 km/has supplied · theoretical max 50 km/h
- Multi-modespeed steps
- Cruiseon long runs
Lighting & visibility
Four LEDs at the front, indicators at both ends
Most scooter headlights are a token gesture at bar height. This one is a four-LED cluster mounted on the stem, and it genuinely lights an unlit path.

Questions
GT1 Dual — frequently asked
GT1 Dual or GT4 Dual — which should I buy?
Buy the GT1 Dual unless you have a specific reason not to. It has the same dual-motor, dual-suspension architecture in a lighter, cheaper package, and 55 km of range covers almost every commute.
Step up to the GT4 Dual if you are over about 95 kg, if your route has sustained steep climbs, or if you want 12-inch off-road tyres and hydraulic brakes for rough ground.
How far will it really go on one charge?
isinwheel rate it at up to 55 km. That assumes a light rider, flat ground and a moderate speed.
In practice: 40–50 km in single-motor mode on flat city roads, and 30–35 km in dual-motor mode with hills. Cold weather takes roughly another 20% off any lithium battery.
What speed does it arrive set to?
It ships capped at 25 km/h (theoretical maximum 50 km/h).
Speed limits and where you may ride differ by country and city across the 15 countries we deliver to. Please check what applies where you ride.
Can I use just one motor to save battery?
Yes — single-motor mode is selectable, and it makes a real difference to range on flat ground. Most riders leave it in single motor for the commute and switch to dual for hills or loose surfaces.
Is it waterproof?
Rain and wet roads are fine. Standing water deep enough to reach the deck is not, and no scooter should be jet-washed.
How heavy is it to carry?
32 kg. It folds in about three seconds and goes in a car boot easily, but it is a two-handed lift rather than something to carry up several flights daily.
If you need to carry your scooter regularly, look at the lighter S-Nova or the S9 Pro at 13.8 kg instead.
What tools do I need to assemble it?
None of your own. The stem bolts to the deck with four screws using the hex key in the box — about ten minutes, and isinwheel’s unboxing video is linked above.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes — for the GT1 Dual we stock the front motor, the rear motor and the brake disc. The current list is in the spare-parts section on this page. For any other part, email info@isinwheelscooter.com and we will check availability.
What warranty do I get, and can I return it?
A 12-month commercial warranty from us. The battery, motor, controller, display, throttle and charger are covered for 6 months. This comes in addition to the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity. Claims are handled by us, in English, by email at info@isinwheelscooter.com.
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost.

What buyers actually say

Love this nippy thing, has cut down my town commutes by 90% LOL! Most people know in this city, London is impossible to drive a car now! I love this scooter, so fast, so light i cant wait to ride it at any opportunity! 5* product
I live in Glasgow and the hills here are no joke. It climbs okay but definitely slows down if I’m carrying shopping bags. For flat roads it’s excellent, smooth and quick. Just a little bit of a struggle uphill, but still happy with it overall
I think isinwheel is one of the best e-scooter brands on the market. Many of my friends use their products as well. I'm very happy with their service and the quality of their scooters.
Great E Scooter, purchased 2 weeks ago for commuting . Pre purchase concerns of lack of power or hill climbing ability due to rider size, absolutely no issues. I am a heavy rider approx 120kg , both the hill climbing ability and top speed are amazing, changes to gradient are barely noticeable. High quality product, good battery life (again even for a heavy rider) . Built quality of folding mechanism is absolutely solid. Brakes perform well, lighting is bright and clear. Refined features such as indicators are great. I would recommend to anyone. Most of all , fantastic fun.
The LED light-up deck is the best feature on this scooter. It makes riding more exciting and safer, especially in low light. The vibrant lights look cool and provide increased visibility.I absolutely love this scooter! One of the best things about it is its long ride time. I can enjoy plenty of fun-filled adventures before needing to recharge. Plus, the easy-to-use twist-grip throttle and hand-operated front brake give you full control and confidence while riding.
No issues with hills. Ride comfort is excellent. The motor is quiet almost silent when cruising it also has a deeper electric sound during acceleration reminding you your on a more powerful scooter. If your looking for a stylish commuter with sufficient hill climbing ability then the gt1 dual should be on your list. If you were wondering... yeah its got pace it flys 😉
This scooter gt1 dual is the best I've ever driven! It's built to last, can handle any terrain, and has everything you need. It's got lights, blinkers, a horn, and even calculates power and speed. It's perfect for getting around the city or even the country! It's great value for money, and you'll love it so much, everybody's going to ask you where you got it!
This is such a well-made, fun product! It was packaged really nicely and was a breeze to set up straight out of the box! The controls are a breeze to use and it rides like a dream! It is a little on the heavy side, but that is to be expected. I'm happy to say that so far, the battery life is holding up! It's so much fun and seems to be great value!
The gt1 dual is an absolute dream to ride! It's so smooth and fast that I'm amazed at how quickly I can get around. I have multiple other scooters, but the gt1 dual is so smooth and comfortable that I use it daily and the other scooters are gathering dust. Get an gt1 dual and let the good times roll!
