A 12-month commercial warranty from us. The battery, motor, controller, display, throttle and charger are covered for 6 months. This comes in addition to the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity. Claims are handled by us, in English, by email at info@isinwheelscooter.com.
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–5 working days from our European warehouse, free of charge to all 15 countries we deliver to.
Why are some specifications missing?
We only publish figures we could confirm from the manufacturer. Where published figures disagree, we leave the value out rather than guess. If you need a detail that is not listed, email us before ordering.
